Congratulations. If you have found Gee Ar Gee Construction, you are fortunate. We moved to Beaumont in 2023 and bought a "needs work" house which actually turned into "needs everything." Jorge Gutierrez was one of the contractors that we contacted to review the needs and wants for a complete remodel. He was the most prompt and responsive, not just for the initial "sale", but throughout the months of construction we contracted for. Our job began with removing ALL the flooring in the house — hardwood, tile, and carpet. Replacing floors also meant tearing out the entire kitchen and some of the baths. We wanted to use 48" porcelain tiles as flooring which some of the contractors we talked to were unfamiliar with. Jorge was able to provide and install exactly what we wanted. His tile workers were true craftsmen and did an excellent job of tearing out, leveling the floor area throughout the house, and then precision installing these very large tiles. They are stunning if I do say so myself. We also had to reconfigure the kitchen and add a new wall of cabinets where none had been before. Again, the cabinetmakers and installers were true craftsmen. Another addition was to build a very large custom entertainment center. It was designed to complement the new marble fireplace facing and mantle. We also had them remove the standard plastic shower/tub combination in the guest bath and replace it with a walk-in fully tiled shower. Again, the work was meticulous and beautiful. Throughout this extensive remodel, Jorge was immediately responsive to my phone calls and texts.

We sincerely hope you will consider Jorge Gutierrez and his crew at Gee Ar Gee Construction for your home remodeling job. They did an excellent job and their workers were always polite, hardworking, and cleaned up after every project. We will definitely use them again for future home projects. This letter serves as a letter of reference for GEE-AR-GEE Construction company. In the Spring of 2021, we engaged GEE AR GEE to perform major remodeling of our newly purchased home in the Ranch La Quinta Country Club. Projects Ranged from building an exclusive bar, opening walls to create bookshelves, installation of three sets of pocket doors (as it turned out a very complex project), creation of a new marble logo in the entry foyer, removal of grass paper which was throughout the home ( a difficult task), installation of baseboards and crown molding throughout the house, removal of all existing granite in the kitchen, back splash and bar area and installation of new granite, painting the entire home, and various plumbing and electrical projects. I am pleased to say that we entrusted GEE-AR-GEE and George Gutierrez with out most important and valuable possession and he and GEE-AR-GEE did not disappoint. With references the most important questions should be "Would you use them again?" Our answer to that question is an unequivocal yes. Should we have further projects the first number we will call will be George and GEE-AR-GEE.

One was for partial roof repair, the replacement of supporting beams in my patio

I have designed three home remodel projects, which I contracted  with GEE-AR-GEE Construction.

After bid negotiation approval the work began immediately. After each

workday, the areas were clean an neat from the debris and ready for the next phase.

GEE-AR-GEE Construction is a little more expensive than other quotes.

However, the quality, efficiency, and overall care in seeing that the project

was complete and as expected.

As each of the projects evolved, changes were necessary and implemented

in a very reasonable time working within our personal schedule. The work

was completed in an exemplary manner and to our specifications.
